Job Summary

RUNDZEE is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, generate merchant leads, and support the growth of the RUNDZEE platform across the Philippines.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing online marketing channels, optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and creating strategies that help local businesses grow while expanding the RUNDZEE network.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Create campaigns to attract new customers, merchants, and service providers to the RUNDZEE platform.

  • Identify market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and search platforms.

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Content Marketing

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist and creative team to develop marketing content.

  • Support the creation of blogs, videos, promotional materials, and landing pages.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

  • Promote merchant success stories, platform features, and company initiatives.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

  • Optimize website content and digital assets.

  • Monitor website traffic and search performance.

Email and Lead Generation Marketing

  • Develop email marketing campaigns to engage customers and merchants.

  • Generate and nurture leads through digital channels.

  • Create marketing funnels that support customer and merchant acquisition.

  • Maintain and update marketing databases when required.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.

  • Monitor website traffic, conversions, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.

  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.

  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, social media marketing, or related fields is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

  • Strong communication and content development skills.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to details

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields is an advantage.
