Medical Representative (North Luzon Area)
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, or any related field.
With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel extensively within the North Luzon area.
Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
Promote and market the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories within North Luzon.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Organize product presentations, medical discussions, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned area.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, call reports, and territory updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product availability and customer support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
