  • Conduct outbound and inbound tele-sales activities to promote and sell company products/services. 

  • Engage with potential customers through digital platforms (e.g., social media, messaging apps, and online inquiries). 

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful subscriptions or sales. 

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and activation targets. 

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or tracking systems. 

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of subscriber application and documentation. 

  • Comply with company policies and the Data Privacy Act in handling customer information. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., installation, activation, and support teams) to ensure smooth customer onboarding. 

  • Assist in digital campaigns and promotions to increase customer acquisition. 

  • Address basic customer inquiries and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
