TELESALES
Conduct outbound and inbound tele-sales activities to promote and sell company products/services.
Engage with potential customers through digital platforms (e.g., social media, messaging apps, and online inquiries).
Generate leads and convert them into successful subscriptions or sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and activation targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or tracking systems.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of subscriber application and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., installation, activation, and support teams) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
