Accounting Associate - Credit & Collection

We are looking for an Accounting Associate – Credit and Collection who will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection and accurate monitoring of accounts receivable while supporting the company's overall credit and collection operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate collection of accounts receivable from franchisees, employees, and other accounts.
Maintain and update accounts receivable subsidiary ledgers.
Prepare, issue, and monitor collection notices for unpaid or overdue accounts.
Handle billing, collection monitoring, account reconciliation, and resolution of outstanding balances.
Reconcile aging and long-outstanding accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Monitor receivables and collections to support healthy cash flow and revenue realization.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of credit and collection procedures and controls.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients regarding billing and collection concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collection, or General Accounting is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
