Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Chat Support (Lead Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting daily follow-ups, generating sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily client follow-ups through chat, calls, and other communication channels.
* Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into sales.
* Handle target-based selling and achieve monthly sales goals.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools and tracking systems.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
* Prepare sales reports and provide updates on lead status and conversion rates.

Qualifications

* Graduate of any Business-related course.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
* Familiar with CRM tools, Messenger, and client tracking systems.
* Professional attitude with a pleasing personality.
* Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
* Experience in construction materials, interior solutions, or related industries is preferred.
