Architect
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation, updating, and revision of architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD/Revit
Coordinate with different teams for project requirements, schedules, and site activities
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards
Assist in material selection and ensure design accuracy and regulatory compliance
Prepare project reports, documentation, and support billing and records management
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect (PRC Licensed)
At least 6 months relevant experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
Knowledge in construction drawings, site coordination, and project management
Strong communication and coordination skills

AVECS Corporation provides engineering, design, construction and project management services; design, supply & fabrication of steel structures; outside plant installation; telecom equipment installation works including commissioning and integration; facilities operation, repair, and maintenance services; and integrated support services for telecommunications companies. It has constructed over one thousand telecommunication facilities particularly cell sites; over six hundred kilometers of aerial and underground cables (Fiber Optic and Copper); several residential houses, an integrated bus terminal facility , as well as other commercial miscellaneous facilities such as warehouse, stalls, railings, water tanks, car parks, fences and gates. In 2010, it diverted into industrial construction as well as into health care facility construction and school building construction.
