MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description – Medical Representative (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Fosun Pharma is seeking motivated and results-oriented fresh graduates to join our sales team as Medical Representatives. This role is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical, IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics), and medical device products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, laboratories, and clinics. Successful candidates will receive training and support to develop product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management capabilities.

• Promote and present company products to healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, medical technologists, laboratory personnel, and other customers.

• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings within the assigned territory.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

• Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Prepare sales reports, activity reports, and other required documentation.

• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and company events.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer support.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
