GASKET PASTER/INSTALLER

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Gasket Paster/Installer to join the team at SYC Philippine Corporation in our Pasig City location. This is a full-time position that will involve the installation and fitting of gaskets for various industrial applications.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately measure and cut gasket materials to specified dimensions

2. Carefully prepare surfaces for proper gasket adhesion

3. Apply gasket sealants and adhesives using appropriate application methods

4. Precisely install and align gaskets within equipment and machinery

5. Inspect completed gasket installations to ensure proper fit and seal

6. Maintain a clean and organised work area

7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Gasket Paster/Installer or similar role within the Trades & Services industry

2. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings

3. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

4. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

5. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

6. Commitment to workplace safety and quality control
