Regulatory Pharmacist

Job Description

Glovax Lifescience Corp. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Pharmacist to support regulatory compliance and product registration activities. This role is ideal for newly licensed Pharmacists who are eager to build their careers in regulatory affairs and gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

The successful candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with government agencies to support product registrations and licensing.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and documentation

• Familiarity with FDA regulations, product registration, and compliance processes is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documents

• Coordinate with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory agencies

• Monitor product registrations, permits, and licenses to ensure timely renewals

• Maintain regulatory files, records, and documentation

• Support compliance activities and internal audits

• Monitor updates in regulatory requirements and communicate relevant changes

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
