Software Developer Associate

Role Summary

The Software Developer Trainee will assist the Software Development Team in developing, testing, debugging, and documenting web-based applications and internal system enhancements while undergoing supervised training.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist in developing and maintaining assigned application features under supervision.

. Support testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation of system enhancements.

. Learn and apply internal coding standards, version control practices, and development

workflows.

. Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks, updates, and implementation concerns.

· Participate in training, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities as assigned.

Skills, Abilities, and Proficiency Requirements

· Understands basic programming concepts.

· Understands object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

Other Qualification Requirements

. Familiarity with Git and web development concepts.

· Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

. Willing to learn Laravel, Livewire, and related tools.

Preferred Educational Background

Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer

Engineering, or a related course. Fresh graduates may apply.
