HR Payroll Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Associate to join our dynamic team at TAPA KING INC'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits. This role is based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

1. Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration

2. Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

4. Collaborate with the HR team to resolve payroll-related queries and issues

5. Assist with the preparation of required payroll reports and statements

6. Provide support in the implementation of new payroll processes and systems

7. Continuously improve payroll procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a payroll or HR administrative role

2. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant labour laws and regulations

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

4. Proficient in using payroll software and HR information systems

5. Ability to work well in a team and prioritise tasks effectively

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
