CRM Data Officer (Sheridan Mandaluyong)

Role Purpose

The CRM Data Officer supports the Database & Data Quality function by ensuring accurate, reliable, and well-maintained donor data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce).

The role focuses on data validation, clean-up, reporting support, and data extraction, contributing to effective fundraising operations and data-driven decision-making. The post works under the supervision of the Business Intelligence Officer and collaborates closely with the Database/CRM Officers, Data Encoders and other fundraising teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Quality

  • Perform data validation, clean-up, and maintenance activities in CRM (Salesforce)

  • Conduct duplicate checks, record updates, and data correction to ensure high data quality

  • Assist in data reconciliation across transactions, donor records, and campaign data

  • Support ongoing monitoring of data accuracy and completeness


2. Data Extraction & Reporting Support

  • Extract and prepare raw data from CRM based on requests from internal teams

  • Run standard reports in Salesforce and Power BI following SOP guidelines

  • Support in the preparation of regular operational and fundraising reports

  • Assist in initial quality checks of reports and datasets before sharing


3. CRM Operations & Support

  • Carry out routine database maintenance tasks as instructed by supervisors

  • Assist in updating donor records and transaction history

  • Support testing and validation of CRM changes or enhancements when required

  • Log system issues, bugs, or data discrepancies in Azure DevOps for tracking


4. Documentation & Process Support

  • Assist in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of data-related outputs

  • Contribute to improving workflows for better data quality and efficiency


5. Collaboration & Support Services

  • Work closely with fundraising teams to support data requests and campaign needs

  • Provide support during operational activities or special projects when needed

  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications

Education

  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields is an advantage


Experience

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in:

    • CRM/database management

    • Data processing or data quality work with reporting outputs

    • Fundraising, marketing, or customer support (preferred but not required)


Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation)

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar database systems

  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableu or other reporting tools

  • Experience in using SQL, Python and other data analysis tools is an advantage

Language Requirements
