HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews) or more focus on end-to-end recruitment
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation activities
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters
Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Willing to work on field, visits sites
Assist in administrative works
Amenable to work in Quezon City
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ year of HR generalist experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Monday to Friday (whole day) Saturday (half-day)
Willing to start ASAP
