Technical Recruiter (Headhunter)
SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and assessing technical capabilities. Effective communication skills, a knack for identifying and attracting top talent, and the ability to liaise effectively with candidates and hiring managers are key to success in this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, networking events, and social media.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and compatibility with the organization.
Review candidates' resumes and technical qualifications to determine their fit for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the specific technical skills and qualifications required for open roles.
Negotiate and extend job offers to chosen candidates.
Maintain and update the organization's recruitment database and tracking systems regularly.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in HR, preferably in the outsourcing, head-hunting, or MSP industry.
Familiarity with various technical roles and requisite skills.
Proficient in candidate sourcing methods and platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
Ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to assess candidate's technical skills effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
