Recruitment Specialist
About the role
Megapaint Corporation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Binangonan Rizal.
What you'll be doing
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate the interview and selection process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and providing recommendations
Maintain an organised applicant tracking system to ensure efficient recruitment workflows
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Megapaint Corporation as an employer of choice
Provide recruitment metrics and insights to inform and optimise our hiring processes
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and selection techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
