Are you passionate about sports, fitness and working with people?

Taktak Podium, the new meeting point for cyclists, runners and triathletes in Antipolo, is looking for energetic and customer-focused team members to join our growing team.

This is a unique hybrid position combining retail sales, customer engagement and office administration. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent assisting customers in our sports retail store, while the remaining 50% will support our nearby office with administrative and operational tasks.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy an active lifestyle and feel comfortable engaging with cyclists, runners and triathletes on a daily basis. If you enjoy sports, customer interaction and being part of a growing community, this could be the perfect role for you.

Available Positions

We are currently hiring for two full-time positions:

Morning Shift

• Tuesday to Sunday

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Monday Off

Afternoon Shift

• Tuesday to Sunday

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Monday Off

Your Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers

• Recommend cycling, running and triathlon apparel and accessories

• Process sales transactions

• Support product displays and merchandising

• Help create a friendly, professional and engaging customer experience

• Build positive relationships with members of the local sports community

Office & Administrative Support

• Data entry and record keeping

• Customer service support

• Inventory and stock management

• Basic administrative and operational tasks

• Support marketing, sales and community activities when required

What We Are Looking For

• Friendly, positive and outgoing personality

• Professional and well-groomed appearance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for sports, fitness, cycling, running or triathlon

• Active lifestyle strongly preferred

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service or front-desk operations is an advantage

• Fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Email)

• Reliable, organized and eager to learn

• Comfortable working both in a retail environment and an office setting

• Willing to work weekends
