Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing and commercial activities, including brand strategy, product launches, integrated communications, retail store performance, e-commerce management, and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities:
1. Business & Commercial Management
Own and drive sales and profitability targets for the category
Develop annual and quarterly business plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives
Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
Coordinate demand forecasting and inventory planning with relevant teams
2. Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Define product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies
Build product launch calendars and campaign roadmaps
Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI
3. Product Launch Management
Lead end-to-end product launches, including forecasting, communication planning, trade support, and post-launch evaluation
Coordinate with product development, operations, sales, and related parties to ensure successful launches
4. Integrated Marketing Communication Management
Lead communication planning and execution across social media, digital advertising, influencers, PR, events, in-store Communication
Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
Manage relationships with agencies and external partners.
5. Store Management
Oversee performance of company-owned retail stores
Develop in-store promotions and customer engagement initiatives
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, and sell-through
Work closely with store teams to improve customer experience and sales productivity.
6. E-Commerce Management
Oversee business performance on the brand website and online marketplaces
Plan promotional calendars and optimize product pages, content, and conversion
7. Visual Merchandising (VMD)
Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal display concepts
Oversee window displays, tester presentation, POSM, and in-store layouts
Ensure a premium and consistent brand presentation across all stores
8. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights
Present recommendations and action plans to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Assistant Marketing Manager and 8 years or more for Marketing Manager in brand management, marketing, or other related commercial roles
Proven experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or other premium consumer brands is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing team members is required
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
