What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills
What we're looking for
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably within the technology or services industry
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
A genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to continuous improvement
