What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements

  • Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably within the technology or services industry

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Exceptional multitasking and time management skills

  • A genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to continuous improvement
