About the client: The Ortus Club
The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.
Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. We help them create meaningful connections and insightful discussions that can start innovative business relationships by providing an environment for them to engage in candid conversations, share best practices, and explore new opportunities.

The Role
📍 BGC, Taguig (hybrid)
🕙 10 AM - 7 PM PHT
As Graphic Designer for The Ortus Club, you will play a pivotal role in translating creative concepts into visually stunning designs, contributing to the overall success of our projects. You'll work closely with our project coordinators and internal teams to ensure that our events are not only meticulously planned and executed but also visually captivating and memorable.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project coordinators and internal teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs
Create eye-catching event materials such as invitations, posters, banners, and digital assets that align with project themes and branding guidelines
Produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms
Utilize your creativity and design expertise to enhance the visual appeal of presentations, reports, and marketing materials
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative techniques to elevate our designs
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
Provide support during event planning and execution, ensuring that all visual elements are implemented effectively and enhance the overall guest experience
Contribute to post-event feedback and analysis by gathering insights on the effectiveness of visual elements and suggesting improvements for future events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Proficiency in creating presentations
Proficiency in any design software eg Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities and design skills across various mediums
Excellent time management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
Ability to work under strict deadline
Passion for design and a drive to continuously improve and innovate
Experience in event design or related field is a plus
