Licensed Pharmacist ( Metro Naval)
The Pharmacist is the overall in-charge of pharmacy store where he/she is assigned. Activities involved to the preparation, care, distribution, disposition, liaison and inspection of pharmaceutical items are under his/her role.
What you'll be doing:
1. Leads pharmacy associates in setting work priorities, performing duties and following Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures as well as company rules and regulations.
2. Ensures all medications are checked prior to dispensing for accuracy and completeness.
3. Receives and evaluates summary list and pulled out pharmacy products close to expiration dates from Pharmacy (Clerks) Associates for (its timely endorsement to Inventory Clerk) Return Merchandise Slip (RMS) generation, reviewed by Selling Supervisor and with prior approval from the Supermarket Manager and Store Manager.
4. Make sure regulatory requirements are met. Controls, records, monitors and oversee drugs are issued to customer according to FDA, PDEA and DOH standards.
5. Monitors proper storage of inventory items to maintain quality and prevent wastage, pilferage, or loss.
