Field Engineer - CDO (PAT)
Key Responsibilities
Perform Provisional Acceptance Testing (PAT) for access network elements and ensure compliance with operational standards
Validate installed and dismantled network assets; ensure accurate documentation for logistics and tracking
Experience with telecommunications network equipment and testing tools is required
Execute assigned work orders based on schedule and quality requirements
Monitor site issues and perform timely escalations (technical, access, utility, or rental concerns)
Provide recommendations to improve field processes and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines
Attend required meetings and training sessions
Work independently in field environments with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field
Required: Minimum 4 years experience in telecommunications projects / network engineering
Hands-on experience in telecom network deployment, testing, or operations
Technical Skills:
Experience in network testing, asset validation, and field operations
Familiarity with telecom equipment and systems (RAN knowledge is an advantage)
Experience with Nokia or HT RAN is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel to field sites
Willing to work onsite, and flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if needed

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
