Process and Data Analyst (Project-Based)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Standardization & Master Data Analyst to support digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives across the organization. The role will assist in documenting and standardizing business processes, maintaining master data quality, and supporting system and process improvement projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Standardization & Improvement

• Map, document, and analyze current business processes across departments. 

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation. 

• Develop standardized workflows, SOPs, process maps, and business rules. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with digital transformation objectives. 

• Support process harmonization initiatives across business units. 

• Assist in change management and user adoption activities during process rollouts. 

• Monitor process compliance and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Master Data Management

• Maintain and validate master data across ERP, CRM, procurement, finance, HR, or operational systems. 

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity of master data records. 

• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, migration, and governance activities. 

• Define and implement master data standards, policies, and controls.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related field.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, data management, process improvement, or project support is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, or process mapping tools is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
