Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable SEO Specialist to improve our search rankings, drive sustainable organic traffic, and strengthen our overall online visibility. This role covers keyword research, on-page and technical SEO optimization, content recommendations, and ongoing performance tracking. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and consistently stays current with search engine best practices and algorithm developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and identify high-value, actionable search opportunities

• Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and page content

• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting crawlability and indexing

• Develop and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies

• Monitor organic rankings, traffic, and performance using analytics tools

• Provide content and site structure recommendations to improve search visibility

• Optimize site speed, mobile usability, and overall site health

• Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics and progress toward defined goals

• Research competitors and identify content gaps and strategic opportunities

• Stay current on algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly to protect and grow rankings

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven SEO experience with demonstrable and measurable results

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console

• Clear understanding of keyword research methodology and search intent analysis

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content marketing and SEO copywriting

• Familiarity with WordPress and common SEO plugins such as Yoast or Rank Math

• Basic working knowledge of HTML and site architecture

• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

• Comfortable managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously

• Understanding of conversion rate optimization and how it intersects with SEO strategy
