Amazon Inventory Operations VA

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Forecasting Virtual Assistant with advanced spreadsheet skills to maintain and update our inventory management and forecasting dashboards. This role centers on keeping a detailed Google Sheets system accurate, processing Amazon inventory and order reports, and supporting warehouse replenishment decisions. The ideal candidate is an Excel and Google Sheets expert who is precise with data, comfortable following established workflows, and genuinely open to learning our specific processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update a detailed inventory and forecasting dashboard built in Google Sheets

• Pull and process Amazon order reports, inventory reports, and warehouse inventory data

• Calculate warehouse replenishment needs based on current stock levels and target days of cover

• Input data into a sales tracker that summarizes performance across rolling periods such as 3-day and 7-day windows

• Ensure all formulas, including XLOOKUPs, reference the correct columns and keep all data properly aligned

• Monitor FBA available and reserved inventory and maintain accuracy across all figures

• Copy, refresh, and update source data so that automated calculations run correctly

• Identify potential improvements to the dashboard and implement approved changes

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and dashboard maintenance

• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, or structured data tracking

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy when working with numerical data

• Ability to learn and follow established workflows and written process guides

• Open to training and feedback with a genuine willingness to adapt to existing systems

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA reporting

• Experience in e-commerce or product and inventory-based business environments

• Background in data analytics and dashboard development

• Ability to present data in a clean, client-ready format

• A proactive approach with the ability to identify and suggest process improvements

• Background in warehouse replenishment or supply chain support roles
