We are now expanding our corporate sales engine and looking for a sharp, driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and connect with the next generation of Class A clients across Mindanao and beyond.
The Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective corporate clients. Your job is to identify companies, organizations, and institutions that fit our Class A account profile, reach out to them through phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify their potential, and book discovery meetings for our sales team.
This is a hunter-focused role — you won't be closing deals or attending field meetings. Instead, you'll focus on what you do best: opening doors. Your work directly fuels the company's sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Research and build prospect lists
Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails
Qualify leads
Book discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the field sales team
Maintain accurate records of all activity in the company's CRM
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
Track and report weekly activity metrics: outreach volume, meetings booked, qualified handoffs
Continuously refine prospecting approach based on response rates and conversion data
What We're Looking For
College graduate (any business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold outreach emails
High resilience — able to handle rejection and stay consistent
Curious and resourceful — willing to research companies and decision-makers before reaching out
Detail-oriented with strong CRM and data discipline
Coachable, hungry to learn, and growth-oriented
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, BPO, or B2B outreach
