Solar Engineer
Nativ Techniks Inc. , a solar and HVAC EPC company based in Mandaluyong City is looking for a Junior Solar Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage end-to-end solar projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects (design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning)
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and sales) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, utilities)
Oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with plans, timelines, and safety standards
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during installation
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients
Qualifications
Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines (required)
Preferably with 2 years of experience in solar, electrical, or construction project management
Strong understanding of solar PV systems (design, installation, and commissioning)
Experience using PVsyst (preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other design tools (a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Work Setup
Full-time, hybrid role (office + remote work)
Must be willing to be deployed to project sites anywhere in the Philippines during project execution
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
