F&B Associate / Cashier
Cashier & Financial Duties
Transaction Processing: Accurately process guest payments using cash, credit cards, or digital wallets via the hotel's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Billing & Auditing: Prepare bills, verify room charges, balance daily sales, and ensure your register accurately tallies at the end of every shift.
Float Management: Manage your cash float securely and strictly adhere to established cash-handling policies.
Food & Beverage Service Duties
Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests, seat them, present menus, and assist with special requests or dietary requirements.
Order Taking & Serving: Take orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure orders are presented according to luxury brand standards.
Upselling: Proactively suggest menu specials, signature cocktails, or promotions to enhance guest experiences and increase outlet revenue.
Operational & Safety Duties
Station Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining, bar, and cashier areas.
Compliance: Strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as local liquor regulations (e.g., verifying legal drinking age).
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with back-of-house kitchen staff, bussers, and servers to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
