Outbound Sales Representative (Onsite)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Representative located in Oakridge, Mandaue, Cebu. Earn Up to 80,000-100,000. The responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, making outbound sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer needs, presenting products or services, and providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Inside Sales and Outbound Sales

• Demonstrated proficiency in Lead Generation and prospect acquisition

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus

• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
