Investor Relations & Strategy Analyst (Phil Web Corporation)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to provide direct support to the Capital Operations executive team. This role focuses on the technical underpinnings of PhilWeb’s market presence: financial modeling, peer research, and the preparation of high-quality investment materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting the company’s "Equity Story" and investor materials such as regular updates of Q&A materials, IR website, Corporate Deck and key metrics table, ensuring all messaging aligns with the digital transformation strategy.

  • Maintenance of internal financial models and valuation frameworks to support management’s decision-making.

  • Conduct deep-dive research into peer companies within the technology and digital platform sectors to provide actionable insights to the executive team.

  • Act as the primary liaison for gathering data and managing schedules for sell-side analysts and institutional investors, ensuring attendance of all relevant investor conferences.

  • Coordinate with Financial PR agencies, stock commentators, financial influencers and draft technical content for financial disclosures and press releases.

What we are looking for?

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Equity Research (preferred) or Corporate Finance.

  • Advanced Excel modeling and the ability to interpret Philippine GAAP/financial reporting.

  • Genuine interest in how digital platforms and data-driven businesses scale in the Philippines.
