We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our dynamic team at Wonderzyme Inc. in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. As a fulltime Factory Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment to ensure the efficient production of our innovative products. The role is essential in supporting our manufacturing operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor a range of manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

• Assist with inventory management and material handling tasks as needed

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Collaborate with the production team to address any issues or challenges that arise

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Factory Worker in a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with operating and maintaining various types of industrial machinery and equipment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions

• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
