HR Assistant
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, orientation sessions, and onboarding of new
hires.
Maintain recruitment records and employment documentation.
B. Employee Relations and Engagement
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and staff development
activities.
Assist in conflict resolution and provide guidance within established HR policies.
C. HR Administration and Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and HRIS
data.
Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, TESDA regulations (if applicable), and institutional
HR policies.
D. Performance Management and Reporting
Support performance evaluation processes, documentation, and follow-up.
Collect and maintain HR metrics, reports, and analytics for management review.
Assist in preparation of HR reports, presentations, and recommendations.
E. Other Responsibilities
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
