Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment and Onboarding

 Assist in posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.

 Coordinate pre-employment requirements, orientation sessions, and onboarding of new

hires.

 Maintain recruitment records and employment documentation.

B. Employee Relations and Engagement

 Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.

 Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and staff development

activities.

 Assist in conflict resolution and provide guidance within established HR policies.

C. HR Administration and Compliance

 Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and HRIS

data.

 Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

 Ensure compliance with labor laws, TESDA regulations (if applicable), and institutional

HR policies.

D. Performance Management and Reporting

 Support performance evaluation processes, documentation, and follow-up.

 Collect and maintain HR metrics, reports, and analytics for management review.

 Assist in preparation of HR reports, presentations, and recommendations.

E. Other Responsibilities

 Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
