About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and deeply involved SMS & Email Campaign Manager to plan, build, execute, and optimize our customer marketing communications. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management — from strategy and copywriting to scheduling, deployment, QA, and performance analysis. This role is central to our customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, collections).
Write clear, compelling, and compliant copy for SMS notifications, transactional emails, and promotional campaigns.
Using automation platforms, manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
Set up audience segmentation and personalization for targeted messaging using marketing automation platforms.
Conduct QA checks before deployment to ensure message accuracy, link integrity, and rendering across devices.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, opt-outs) and produce regular reports.
Perform A/B testing on subject lines, message content, timing, and CTAs to continually improve performance.
Coordinate with analytics, product, and operations teams to ensure campaign accuracy and data alignment.
Monitor for duplicate sends, cadence violations, and delivery issues — flagging and resolving them promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
Demonstrated experience building, managing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns. Experience with US consumers a plus. Specifically, 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SMS and/or email campaign management.
Proficiency with marketing automation and campaign tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Twilio, or similar platforms).
Strong copywriting skills with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences and communication types.
Experience with list management, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign reports and drawing actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry is a plus.
