About the Role
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of IT and professional services positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and play a key role in supporting the company's growth through strategic recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.
Source qualified technical and IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, infrastructure engineers, technical support professionals, and other IT-related positions
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience using sourcing platforms and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting offshore recruitment initiatives is highly preferred.
Experience working with US-based clients, teams, or hiring managers is an advantage.
