Event Manager

Yello is an integrated marketing agency specializing in the sports market, offering a complete range of marketing solutions.  We specialize in sports event management and conferences in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage the projects that assigned by the management with agreed project framework

• Projects include event, campaign and various kind of marketing works

• Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple projects with tight timelines

• Plan for the resources for effective project delivery manner

• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs in order to meet budget

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Manage and develop the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders, serve as the point of contact

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, event management, public relations or equivalent work experience (lead multiple end-to-end projects)

• 6+ Years of event management and related experience, with large scale Event Management industry experience will be a plus. Prior experience in managing or supporting outdoor events is required.

• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills & Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills

• With business operation sense will be a merit

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• People person with good rapport building skill

• Excellent languages skills in both English and Chinese
