The SFP Field Executive drives business growth in an assigned territory by building a strong B2B network and executing effective B2C engagement programs.

B2B Management

  • Lead scoping and negotiations aligned with B2B strategy.

  • Ensure availability, visibility, pricing, and placement of SFP products and POS materials.

  • Implement inventory systems and sustain strong partner relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize ROI, visibility, and market share.

B2C Engagement

  • Design and implement consumer engagement activities using market intelligence and insights.

  • Build category awareness and drive quality acquisition of SFP users.

Touchpoint Management

  • Oversee daily SFP touchpoint operations and compliance with company standards.

  • Manage inventory, staffing, store upkeep, and KPIs.

  • Support frontliner capability development and performance reviews.

Territory Management

  • Activate strategic touchpoints and engage B2B partners to grow the SFP community.

  • Address territory challenges and identify growth opportunities using data.

  • Execute a territory plan to enhance visibility and drive sustainable growth.

Performance Delivery

  • Support business objectives through OGSM metrics.

  • Monitor budget performance for effective resource use.

Corporate Compliance

  • Ensure all field activities comply with company policies and local laws.

  • Promote safety, environmental standards, and proper asset care.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in sales, trade marketing, or retail operations

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking, agility, prioritization

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Business acumen and results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis


Work Location: Tanauan Sales Office; field work within covered areas
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Half-day for Saturday Only), flexible, may start as early as 6:00 AM
