Account Manager – Retail Store with Restaurant

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, client relationship management, and performance of the assigned retail store with restaurant. This includes ensuring service excellence, achieving business targets, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with company and client standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Account & Client Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Conduct regular meetings with the client to review performance and address concerns.

Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations of both retail and restaurant services.

  • Ensure smooth workflow, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor compliance with operational standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations.

Team Management
  • Supervise and lead store and restaurant staff.

  • Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and deployment.

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.

Financial & Business Performance
  • Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability of the account.

  • Ensure proper inventory management and cost control.

  • Prepare reports on financial performance, KPIs, and business metrics.

Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.

  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Address any operational or service issues promptly.

Reporting & Documentation
  • Submit regular operational and performance reports to management.

  • Document incidents, client feedback, and improvement plans.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • At least 3–5 years' experience in retail, restaurant, or facilities management.

  • Experience handling client accounts and operations is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
