Executive Assistant
Qualifications / Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3–5 years experience as Mid- to Senior-level Executive Assistant (IT)
Experience supporting C-level executives and executive-level administrative work
Basic finance knowledge for EA role
Understanding of IT concepts, terminology, and workflows
MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs) proficiency
Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, Trello)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
