Work Arrangement: On-site, Monday to Friday
Internship Duration: Minimum of 400 hours
Allowance: PHP 300 per day (8-hour shift)
About the Opportunity
Are you a Business Management student ready to explore the inner workings of a dynamic organization? We are looking for a forward-thinking and resourceful Business Management Intern to support our operations, strategy, and administrative functions.
This role will expose you to cross-functional projects, business reporting, and day-to-day coordination that keeps a company running smoothly. It’s a great stepping stone to understand how business decisions are made and executed in the real world.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Support project management efforts and help coordinate tasks across departments.
· Assist in gathering and analyzing data for internal business reports.
· Help monitor and update project trackers, reports, and documentation.
· Conduct research and prepare briefs on business trends or competitors.
· Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Assist in reviewing and improving operational workflows and internal processes.
· Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and reports.
· Support ad-hoc administrative, strategic, or reporting initiatives as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
· Currently enrolled in Business Management, Management Engineering, or a related course.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Professional, reliable, and proactive in task execution.
· Can commit to a minimum of 400 internship hours.
· Willing to work onsite with our team Monday to Friday.
