Legal Intern (Paid Internship)

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Legal Intern (Academic Requirement) to join our Legal Department. This internship is designed for college students currently pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field. As a Legal Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the legal team with research, documentation, compliance tasks, and other administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents and contracts.

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.

• Support compliance monitoring and reporting activities.

• Help maintain organized files and databases for legal documents and correspondence.

• Assist with internal audits and other risk management processes.

• Attend and take notes during meetings, when necessary.

• Perform general administrative tasks to support the Legal Department.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.

• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Set Up

• 8 hour shift

• Onsite Mon to Fri

• 9:00am to 6:00pm
