Customer Success Associate (Dual Club Assignment)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Customer Service Associate (CSA) to support operations across Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park and Anytime Fitness JY Square Mall. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership potential, exceptional customer service skills, and experience handling teams in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will serve as one of the key frontliners of both clubs, ensuring an outstanding member experience while supporting daily administrative and operational functions. Candidates with experience at the Team Leader or Team Leader-in-Training level are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospects.
Handle member concerns, inquiries, and requests professionally and efficiently.
Build positive relationships with members to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Ensure all member interactions align with Anytime Fitness service standards.
Club Operations
Support the daily operations of both Cebu IT Park and JY Square Mall clubs.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall club presentation.
Monitor member check-ins and ensure adherence to club policies.
Assist in administrative and front desk functions.
Leadership & Team Support
Lead by example and promote a positive club culture.
Assist management in coordinating daily activities and operational requirements.
Provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
Help identify process improvements that enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
Administrative Functions
Manage membership records and documentation accurately.
Handle reports, data entry, and other administrative requirements.
Coordinate with management regarding member concerns and operational updates.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, BPO, or related industries.
Experience as a Team Leader, Senior Associate, Supervisor, or Team Leader-in-Training.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Willing to be assigned and rotate between Cebu IT Park and JY Square Mall.
Preferred
Experience managing customer escalations and service recovery.
Background in fitness, hospitality, membership-based businesses, or premium customer service environments.
Proven experience handling performance metrics, coaching, or team coordination.
