NPI Engineer

Job Function and Responsibilities:

• Serve as Project Leader for new projects, new products or new models.

• Spearheads meetings with Cross functional team. Able to preside over discussions, lead the team and organize the NPI activities and concerns.

• Collaborate with the Cross functional team (Sales, Buyer, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and other NPI related team/members).

• Communicate and report to customer for updates and other concerns.

• Able to read and understand BOM (Bill of Materials), Parts/Product drawings and other related technical documents.

• Capable of planning and generation of timing plans. Monitor the overall activities and ensure the timeliness of each action in accordance to the Internal and External Master Schedule or Timing plan.

- line improvement

- parameter setting of inj machine/mold machine
- Bachelor's (ENG related)
- APQA Advanced product quality planning
- FMEA Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
- root cause analysis
- CAPA Corrective and Preventive Actions
- DFM DFM (Design for Manufacturability)
- RFQ Request for Quotation
- NPI Documentations

Skills/Technical Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in MS applications

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949

• Knowledgeable on handling engineering documentation (APQP, PPAP, Process Procedures, Costumer Audit, etc)

• Can work with minimal supervision
