About the role
We are seeking customer service representatives to join our exciting team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY'. As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This full-time position is based in Hagonoy Taguig City Metro Manila, and we welcome applicants with or without prior experience.
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude to deliver an excellent customer experience
Documenting customer interactions and updating client records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
Adhering to company policies and procedures

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
