Junior Architect (Reliever)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising on-site architectural works and finishing activities
Ensure construction complies with approved plans and specifications
Review and interpret architectural drawings for site implementation
Coordinate with contractors, foremen, engineers, and suppliers on site
Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports and documentation
Conduct site inspections and identify discrepancies or needed corrections
Assist in punch listing and project close-out activities
Check materials delivered on site for compliance with specifications
Report issues, delays, and concerns to the Project Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Fresh graduates or with 1–2 years experience (site exposure is a big advantage)
Preferably with PRC License
Familiarity with safety practices and site protocols is an advantage
Willing to be assigned at ARCA South, Taguig City
Willing to work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and Saturday (8am-12nn)
Willing to work in a 3-month period (reliever role)
