Automotive Sales Executive (Cebu)
About the Role
Asticom Technology Inc. is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our team in Cebu City. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best suit their needs and budget.
Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
Negotiate and close sales transactions while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Stay updated on vehicle specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with financing, insurance, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in automotive, retail, real estate, banking, insurance, telecommunications, or other customer-facing sales industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Knowledge of automotive products and financing is an advantage.
Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
