Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments when assigned at the counter/cashier station.
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen area, counter, and assigned work station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and restaurant materials.
- Support kitchen and service operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer concerns properly and report issues to the supervisor or manager.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the restaurant management.
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as Team Member, Service Crew, Cashier, Kitchen Staff, or related fast food role.
- Preferably with experience in an international fast food chain such as KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Jollibee, Burger King, etc.
- Preferably currently working or recently employed in a fast food restaurant.
- With good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
