  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

  • Preferably 3-5 years of work experience of the same function Fresh graduate and willing to learn can be considered

  • Knowledgeable of accounts payable processes and accounting principles

  • Ability to process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis).

  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP,e, or QuickBooks.

  • Basic bookkeeping and reconciliation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

  • Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal departments.

  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
