Company Driver
Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely transport the employer, family members, or authorized passengers to and from destinations (e.g., office, meetings, errands).
Plan efficient routes based on traffic conditions and schedules to ensure punctuality.
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights).
Arrange for vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance when needed.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage, packages, or personal items.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
Perform errands such as deliveries, bill payments, or household-related tasks as assigned.
Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends or extended hours when required.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate or equivalent
Valid Professional Driver’s License with clean driving record
Proven experience as a personal, executive, or company driver is preferred
Familiar with local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation apps
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Trustworthy with high level of confidentiality
Physically fit and able to assist with lifting items if needed
Willing to work flexible hours and travel if required
