ACCOUNTING INTERN

  1. Data Management: Accurately encode financial data, maintain journal entries, and organize accounting files.

  2. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, tracking pending payments, and preparing expense reports.

  3. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts, while investigating discrepancies.

  4. Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial statements (e.g., income statements and balance sheets) and support month-end/year-end closing procedures.

  5. Compliance & Audits: Assist with tax preparation, pull documentation for internal/external audits, and process government remittances (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth in the Philippines).
