IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR REGULAR POSITION
IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
RESPONSIBILITES:
To ensure the availability, security, data integrity, compliance, and lifecycle management of computerized systems supporting pharmaceutical operations in accordance with GxP and data integrity requirements.
Maintain and update the Computerized System Master List.
Ensure the availability, security, maintenance, and data integrity of computerized systems.
Lead the installation, validation, implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning of computerized systems.
Oversee the development and control of in-house computerized systems, including controlled spreadsheet templates, quality reports, and ad hoc reporting tools.
Create, modify, review, and disable approved user access rights in accordance with company procedures and data integrity requirements.
Develop, revise, and maintain related documentation for computerized system activities.
Provide technical assistance in generating ad hoc reports from databases and computerized records.
Support audit and inspection readiness related to computerized systems and data integrity compliance.
Ensure backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are implemented and maintained for critical systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant technical training may be considered in lieu of formal education with sufficient experience
At least 3–5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role
Minimum 2 years experience in a regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Food, or other GxP industries)
Demonstrated experience in:
Computerized System Lifecycle Management (installation, validation, maintenance, decommissioning)
Managing Windows-based server environments
Supporting databases (preferably SQL Server)
Must be willing to work in Calamba City, Laguna
