This role is on a temporarily 3-month work engagement with a possible extension depending on the hiring manager.

We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Delivery Operations Analyst supporting US operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with workforce planning, operations coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management, and is comfortable working on a night shift schedule.

📍 Location: BGC
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time), depending on the project
🏢 Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite depending on the project) — possible fully remote setup -- but applicants should still be open to a hybrid arrangement if required.
📄 Employment Type: 3-month contract (with possible extension depending on business needs and hiring manager’s assessment)

• Demand intake & bench verification
• Contractor tracking & extension management
• Pipeline-to-resource matching
• Operational reporting & workforce coordination
• Timesheet and utilization tracking
• Recruitment workflow support and SLA monitoring

✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
• Experience with spreadsheets, workforce management, or reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working US timezone hours
